Story: Quality of work depends on your condition

I believe that good work comes from good conditions. When we have pain, we cannot focus on work. Therefore, I care about my health as same as professional athletes even though I don’t go to the gym or run. I don’t like it. Instead of it, I try to walk a lot.

I visited a drug store and look for the supplement, but there are tons of products and it is impossible to pick up one. In my general shallow knowledge, I wanted to choose something fish-related supplement. I prefer the gel type. If it’s around $20/mo, I can take it continuously. Therefore, I searched for information about supplements.

Conclusion: Prevent when I am good condition

When we are healthy, we forget how healthy is good. Feeling good under the clear weather during the weekend. No pain in the body. Work is going well. Life is like an economy. It is not always good like this. We need to prepare for the next issues which we will face someday. We cannot neglect any effort for learning.

On May 8th, 2022, I visited local drug stores, London Drugs and Rexall. I did not have any preference, just looked for the discounted product. I bought Omega 3 for $14.99 on sale. It has 100 capsules. Package mentions 3 capsuels per day. I have 2 meals per day. So, I don’t meet the directions, but it’s okay.

I hope I can feel something better in a month even though I don’t have any condition issues right now.

I took Omega-3 for 2 days before each meal. I feel something stuck in my throat. I feel it is not natural and comfortable, but I am going to keep take it for a while. It has 100 capsules.
