Story: Value of talking skill

When people gather, even only 2+, someone takes the initiative. It applies to any circumstance, business and private.

In 2022, the value of talking in business is massive. If you can speak in front camera or on YouTube, you can surely make a business. TikTok is a trend. Young people may not be much hesitant talking on the camera. I am an old fashion. I don’t want to see myself on the screen. This is not good. I understand that. Therefore, I was practicing public speaking on Toastmasters before the pandemic. I have an aim. I don’t ignore speaking skills as a freelance web/graphic designer.

I searched for what makes a facilitator great. I wanna reach my ideal figure little by little.

If a person never searched about facilitation, basically a person doesn’t know what’s good facilitation and what’s not. It’s blind for them. Because a person never the role of facilitating a meeting, always attendant and may a low performance. Freelance is not required facilitation skills in daily life, but in many aspects of the business/private, we can apply the facilitation skills. Very true.
